SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy: At Kalatul Lucknowies, exchange is allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, with all original tags and packaging intact. This applies to ready-to-wear Kurtis, Bottom Wear, Dupattas, and Dress Material sets.

Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at 063545 64679 or email kalatullucknowies@gmail.com with your order ID and exchange reason. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the original product and ship the replacement within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Charges:
• Domestic Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹2000
• Free Shipping: For orders of ₹2000 and above
• International Shipping: Flat fee of ₹2,650 per order (final sale - no exchanges)

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking details via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.

Non-Exchangeable Categories: Customised / Stitched / Altered Outfits, sale products, clearance items, and international orders are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your cart carefully before completing the purchase.

Shipping Time (Domestic): 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
