EXCHANGE PRODUCT POLICY

Every piece from our collection – whether it's a Chickenkarry Cotton Kurti, Rayon Kurti, Modal Kurti, Saree, Dupatta, or our Premium Chikankari line – is carefully hand-checked for quality, embroidery precision, and fabric feel before packing. Your satisfaction is our heritage.

Exchange Policy (2 Days): Exchange is allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, with all original tags, inner linings, and packaging intact. This applies to ready-to-wear Kurtis, Bottom Wear, Dupattas, and Dress Material sets.

Non-Exchangeable Categories: For hygiene and craftsmanship integrity, Customised / Stitched / Altered Outfits (including any tailored Plus Size article or modified Premium set) are non-exchangeable. Also, Sale products, clearance items, and gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 063545 64679 or email kalatullucknowies@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup of the original product and ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days.
